These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Project mobile application for iOS and Android (“Project”, “the App”, “we”, “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. App Owner
The App is owned and operated by an individual self-employed developer.

2. Description of the App
Project is a mobile application for organizing life and personal productivity through projects. The App provides tools for planning, managing tasks, goals, notes, schedules, and related content.
Project is a productivity tool only. It does not provide professional, financial, medical, or legal advice and does not guarantee any specific results.

3. Eligibility and Account
To use the App, you must have a valid account registered with an email address or supported third-party authentication method.
An account is associated with an email address. A subscription, if purchased, is linked to the account, not to a specific device.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial
The App may offer a free trial period.
• The free trial provides full access to all features of the App.
• The current free trial duration is 40 days, unless stated otherwise in the App or changed in the future.
• During the trial, you may use the App without payment.
The trial is intended to allow you to evaluate the App, its functionality, and its development pattern before purchasing a subscription.

5. Subscription and Access After Trial
After the free trial period ends:
• access to the App and all user-created content is fully restricted;
• the App displays a paywall screen;
• you will not be able to view, edit, or create any data without an active subscription.
User data is not deleted after the trial ends. If you purchase a subscription later, access to your data will be restored.
Access to user data is provided as part of the subscription and does not constitute data ownership or guaranteed availability.

6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are offered through:
• Apple App Store;
• Google Play Store.
All payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their terms and policies.
Prices may vary by country, currency, and region. The applicable price is displayed to you before purchase.
We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.

7. Use of the App
You may use the App for any personal, professional, or business purposes.
There are no restrictions on how you choose to organize or manage your content within the App.
The App is not designed for multi-user collaboration. If multiple people use the same account, all content will be shared within that account.

8. User Content
All content you create in the App remains associated with your account.
We do not monitor, review, or moderate user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App.

9. Data Availability and Risk of Data Loss
We make reasonable efforts to operate the App and maintain data availability.
However, you acknowledge and agree that:
• the App is provided by an individual developer;
• technical failures, bugs, misconfigurations, third-party service issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control may occur;
• partial or complete data loss is possible.
We do not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or availability of user data and are not liable for any data loss.

10. Availability of the App
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
• uninterrupted operation;
• availability in any specific country or region;
• absence of bugs or errors;
• timelines for fixing issues;
• compatibility with all devices or systems.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, time, productivity, income, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of or inability to use the App.
If the App does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may restrict or suspend access to the App if necessary for technical reasons, maintenance, updates, or to ensure proper operation of the service.
You may request account deletion by contacting us at the email above.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will always be available via a public link. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without reference to any specific jurisdiction, to the extent permitted.
